This is a standout role within a growing and highly respected specialist team acting for vulnerable and disabled individuals, families, and carers.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful Court of Protection Solicitor will manage a varied and complex caseload, including:
- Property & Affairs matters
- Health & Welfare applications
- Deputyship applications and supervision
- Ongoing management of deputyship files
- Advising families, carers, and professional deputies
- Working closely with case managers, counsel, social workers, medical professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
This role offers the opportunity to play an active part in shaping and growing a specialist Court of Protection practice while delivering sensitive, high quality legal advice to vulnerable clients.
