Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clear, tailored legal advice to vulnerable clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Supervise junior team members and contribute to the continued development of the department.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and best practices in this area of law.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Court of Protection matters.
- Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive cases independently.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, particularly when working with vulnerable individuals.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of client visits and court attendances.
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management.
