• Provide clear, tailored legal advice to vulnerable clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to the continued development of the department.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Court of Protection matters.
• Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive cases independently.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, particularly when working with vulnerable individuals.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of client visits and court attendances.
• A proactive and organised approach to workload management.
