Court of Protection Solicitor / Legal Executive

My client is a well-established national firm, who are looking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their growing team in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded department managing substantial client funds and supporting individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages awards.The Role You will:

• Manage Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters
• Work closely with senior colleagues and Heads of Department
• Support business development initiatives
• Keep up to date with COP and PI Trust developments

• Grade C Solicitor/Legal Executive that is able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Court of Protection experience within property & affairs
• Strong communication and client-care skills
• A team player who can also work independently
