Court of Protection Lawyer

A growing Liverpool based firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer to lead their talented Court of Protection team, whilst handling a diverse caseload of high-value settlements and complex client matters, while also playing a key role in business development and firmwide strategy.

As a Court of Protection Lawyer, you will:

1. Provide expert legal advice on Court of Protection matters.
2. Manage high-value and complex cases.
3. Lead, mentor, and supervise a skilled legal team.
4. Develop expertise in expert witness work for professional deputyship costs.
5. Contribute to business growth and client relationship management.
6. Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies and firm policies.
7. Play an integral role in departmental strategy and recruitment.

1. A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years PQE/Grade A
2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
