Courier Training Specialist (Onboarding & Ops)

Search Consultancy is seeking a motivated Courier Trainer to join our logistics team in Scunthorpe. This temporary role offers competitive pay at £13.81 per hour, with 39 hours per week across 5 days.

Your main tasks will include training new couriers, monitoring their performance, and resolving operational issues. Ideal candidates will have strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in customer service or logistics. There is a strong likelihood of contract extension through the end of the year.
