Courier Onboarding Coach

EVRi Group is recruiting a Delivery Team Trainer for the Bournemouth Delivery Unit to help new self-employed couriers gain confidence from Day 1. The role focuses on welcoming couriers, guiding them through the courier app, and ensuring smooth initial deliveries.

You will introduce local contacts, support onboarding, and coach new drivers to build practical experience. This fixed-term, full-time position starts immediately with opportunities to contribute daily.
