Courier Onboarding Coach

EVRi is hiring a Delivery Team Trainer in Bodmin to help new self-employed couriers get started. You will welcome couriers to the Delivery Unit, assist with app setup, teach scanning and loading for first deliveries, and connect them with local contacts.

The role is fixed-term, full-time, with immediate starts through to Jan 2027, offering a competitive £28,000-£32,000 salary and a supportive onboarding environment for a fast-paced logistics setting.
