Courier Onboarding Coach - Brentwood

Evri Group is recruiting a Delivery Team Trainer for Brentwood to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1. You will welcome couriers, set up the courier app, and guide them through scanning, loading and preparing for first deliveries.

This fixed-term, full-time role requires patience, strong communication and the ability to coach in a fast-moving logistics environment. Local Brentwood travel is expected.
