Job Description
What you will be doing:
  • Lead the UK commercial team by providing strategic direction, day-to-day coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement a strong UK market growth plan, aligned with the company's European objectives.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Drive sales and profitability through structured business development and account management.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer solutions.
  • Identify new market segments, products, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns and content for the UK market.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support decision-making.
  • Represent XD Connects at trade fairs, networking events, and industry exhibitions in the UK.
  • Foster a high-performance culture in the UK team focused on customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
What we are looking for:

We are seeking someone with a sharp commercial mind and a passion for leadership. You should bring:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial or business development roles.
  • A proven track record of growing B2B markets-experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
  • Experience leading teams and fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market and distributor ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A hands-on, energetic, and strategic mindset.
