Job Description

We're currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for an established fresh produce operation in Nottingham.

With flexible shifts, regular ongoing work and the potential for long-term employment, this is a great opportunity for an experienced FLT Driver looking for dependable hours.

The Role

Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you'll play an important role in keeping stock moving safely and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Replenishing storage areas
• Supporting the wider warehouse operation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Following all Health & Safety procedures

This is a fast-paced environment where you'll need to work efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Duration: Ongoing reliable work is available.

Experience & Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you'll need:

• At least 3 months' recent experience in a warehouse, logistics or food production environment
• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Practical experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift
• Ability to carry out manual handling, including lifting items up to 10kg
• Willingness to work in chilled warehouse conditions
• A reliable and positive approach to work
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety
