Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Shift Options

Days

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Nights

• Monday to Wednesday: 4:30pm - 3:00am

• Thursday: 4:30pm - 12:00am

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation in Banbury. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering stable hours and the chance to secure a permanent position with a well-established employer.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.

• Loading and unloading deliveries.

• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and production areas.

• Supporting goods in/out operations.

• Carrying out manual handling duties when required.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.

• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift.

• Good attention to detail and awareness of health and safety.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
