Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Warehouse Operative

Location: Frampton, Gloucestershire

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 17:00 (possible future shifts: mornings, evenings, nights)

Contract: Temporary ongoing, with temp-to-perm opportunities

Key Duties

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• High level picking and stock replenishment
• Goods In: unload deliveries, put away stock, and rework as needed
• Goods Out: scanning/voice picking, packing, dispatch, and quality check
• Lifting, loading, stacking, and wrapping pallets of stock
• Manual handling and heavy lifting required
• Support production and manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Valid counterbalance forklift truck certificate
• Proven forklift driving experience
• Previous warehouse or production experience
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Flexibility to support the team when needed

Pay & Benefits

• £13.00 per hour
• Overtime available after 40 hours
