What you'll be doing
  • Deliver engaging and thought-provoking counselling lessons
  • Design creative lesson plans that bring learning to life
  • Use digital tools and innovative methods to inspire students
  • Track progress, assess work, and celebrate achievements
  • Support learners both academically and personally
  • Help students build confidence, skills, and career pathways
  • Get involved in open days, events, and community activities

You'll also play a key role in shaping high-quality counselling programmes aligned to CPCAB standards and continuously improving the student experience.
