Cost Manager - London

Location: Central London (flexible hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefits package

A global real estate consultancy with over 50,000 employees worldwide is growing its London cost management team. Renowned for delivering complex, high profile commercial, leisure, and residential schemes, their portfolio includes flagship workplace fit outs and large scale developments across the capital.

• Opportunity to work on major commercial fit out and regeneration projects across London.
• Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports to support project delivery.
• Involvement in procurement processes and tender documentation.
• Assisting with contract negotiation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Supporting value engineering and risk management initiatives.
• Exposure to client facing work and collaboration with senior colleagues.

• Experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management, within a consultancy environment.
• Solid pre and post contract delivery skills with a good understanding of procurement and tendering.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports.
• Confident communicator, able to work with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• MRICS qualification is advantageous but not essential-support toward chartership can be provided.
