Position: Cost Management and Change Lead

Location: 2 Days London / 3 days hybrid

Type: Full-time

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking an experienced Cost Management and Change Lead to join our dynamic award winning team. The successful candidate will support and advise on the processes, governance and strategic application of change management across a major infrastructure programme, while also providing high-level cost oversight and strengthening the interface between Project Controls and Commercial functions.

This is a key PMO facing role, suited to someone who can operate at both leadership and programme level, with a clear focus on process definition, control, communication and the bigger picture.

You'll
  • Support the Baseline and Change lead to deliver a comprehensive Baseline and Change Management framework.
  • Coordinate and facilitate change management activity across the Delivery Programme.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the baseline management strategy, plans and procedures.
  • Coordinate inputs from schedule, cost, risk and commercial functions to facilitate end to end change to baselines, contracts and the wider programme.
Essential
  • Proven experience operating as a Cost and/or Change Lead within complex infrastructure or major project environments.
  • Strong experience in change management, including defining, implementing and governing change control processes within a programme or PMO environment.
  • Demonstrable cost management background with ability to oversee cost control, forecasting, reporting and performance at programme level.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with ability to align cost and change activities to contractual and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience integrating cost and change with wider Project Controls functions, including planning and risk.
  • Ability to provide clear insight and reporting on cost and change performance to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Experience operating in an oversight or assurance role, ensuring consistency, governance and best practice across a programme.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and communicate effectively across Project Controls, Commercial and Delivery teams.
Requirements and Location
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Working from home and 2 days across multiple locations.
