The firm works closely with business owners and directors atall stages of their journey - from start-up and growth through to successionand exit strategies - while also advising on personal financial and taxplanning to provide long-term security and peace of mind.
As a key member of the tax team, the Corporate Tax Senior Manager will lead thecorporate tax compliance service, manage the corporate tax team, and deliver awide range of advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the preparation of corporate taxreturns, alongside other compliance processes such as ATED, ERS, EMI, andEIS.
  
• Review corporate tax computations prepared by junior teammembers.
  
• Supervise, mentor, and support the development of juniorstaff across both the tax team and wider practice.
  
• Deliver assignments such as corporate restructuring, sharescheme design and implementation, tax clearances, transfer pricingreviews, CIR calculations, PAYE reviews, tax due diligence, technicalqueries, and R&D claims.
  

• Alignmentwith the firm's values.
  
• Experiencemanaging a client portfolio.
  
• Minimum3 years' experience in corporate tax within practice.
  
• Linemanagement and proven staff development experience.
  
• Advisoryand tax planning exposure, with an understanding of personal tax and IHTin business structures.
  
• Workingknowledge of VAT and PAYE.
