Client Details
Our client is a well established and growing independent accountancy and advisory firm with multiple offices across the Midlands. The firm advises a wide range of owner managed businesses, groups and private clients, combining tax, audit and consultancy expertise to support long term growth, transactions and strategic change. Continued investment in their Corporate and Transactions Tax capability has created the need for an additional Manager to support increasing client demand.
Description
- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and overseeing compliance work with scope to do advisory work.
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns, including group structures.
- Calculating and advising clients of quarterly instalment payments.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing ongoing tax support.
- Liaising with HMRC to resolve client queries and handle communications.
- Preparing and reviewing trust and estate tax returns.

- Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their trai and development.
Profile
- Ideal ATT Qualified
- Solid knowledge of UK corporation tax.
- Experience preparing and reviewing company tax returns independently.
- A proactive and professional approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks, and maintain a high standard of client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in various accounting software's and MS Office.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
