Location: Hampshire, Southampton - hybrid working module

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + benefits package!

The Role:

• Lead & Develop a complex corporate tax team alongside 13 experienced Tax Partners
• Build Strategic Relationships with OMB/SME and large corporate clients
• Navigate Complexity - manage intricate tax returns, HMRC investigations, and CCM matters
• Drive Growth - mentor junior talent, deliver technical training, and expand our client base
• Shape Strategy - collaborate with Audit/Accounts Directors to deliver comprehensive tax solutions

The Individual:

• Significant large corporate tax compliance expertise
• CTA qualified (ACA/ACCA advantageous)
• Proven people management and client relationship skills
• Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving abilities
