Section: Corporate Support Services

Location: Civic Centre

Grade: Level 4

Salary: £25,989 - £26,403 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Support Services Team as an Administrator where you will be responsible for delivering a high quality support service to the Council.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver services in line with agreed timescales and quality standards
  • Identify issue and work with colleagues to improve services
  • Support supervisors by helping to manage service demand
  • Deliver a range of core and service specific support actives
  • Provide cover across Council services and locations as and when required
About You:
  • Experience of delivering services in a customer service focused environment as an administrator or clerical role
  • Good ICT skills with experience across a range of software packages and systems
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills demonstrated by GCSE's or equivalent qualifications
  • Good verbal and written communications skills paying attention to customer care
  • Experience of developing and maintaining record systems
