Group Transformation Office


The Platform

Our client is a pan-European services and solutions provider positioned at the nexus of healthcare infrastructure, technology-enabled care, and supply chain management. With the backing of long-duration private equity capital, the business underpins critical delivery systems across multiple jurisdictions. It is now undergoing a multi-year transformation to enhance operational efficiency, digitise key workflows, and deepen its strategic reach.

Following a leadership refresh and a clearly defined value creation agenda, the firm is establishing a central Transformation Office to act as the engine room for execution-partnering directly with the C-suite and investor base on group-wide priorities.


The Opportunity

This is a high-exposure role embedded within the Group Transformation Office, reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer and working in close coordination with ExCo members and PE shareholders. Combining hands-on delivery with strategic oversight, the role offers a rare blend of board visibility and operational depth across markets.

You will:

  • Lead execution of commercial and cross-functional initiatives linked to the five-year value creation plan
  • Operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership on business model evolution and corporate development
  • Shape the long-term direction of the platform through data-driven insights and structured governance
  • Play a key role in transforming a complex, mission-critical business at scale


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Execution

  • Drive high-priority projects across commercial growth, operational optimisation, and digital enablement
  • Define workstreams, coordinate internal stakeholders, and track KPIs to ensure delivery against transformation milestones

Group-Level Strategy

  • Support the development and refinement of corporate strategy in collaboration with business units and functions
  • Lead targeted strategic reviews and shape investment cases for new business lines or adjacencies

Executive Engagement

  • Prepare board-level presentations and decision-making materials for ExCo and investor meetings
  • Ensure continuity and accountability on strategic decisions through structured follow-up mechanisms

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor external dynamics including regulatory shifts, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Transformation Governance

  • Maintain program management discipline and steer cross-functional initiatives across their lifecycle
  • Manage interdependencies, surface risks, and ensure prioritisation aligns with overall value creation objectives


Candidate Profile


Experience

  • 5-10 years in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate transformation, or PMO roles within private equity-backed or complex multinational environments
  • Proven track record of delivering high-stakes initiatives across functions and markets

Execution Toolkit

  • Strong financial and operational acumen; ability to build business cases, define KPIs, and drive toward measurable outcomes
  • Highly structured with attention to detail and a bias for action

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Adept at managing senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams under shared priorities
  • Clear communicator with the presence to influence at board and executive level

Mindset & Style

  • Proactive, adaptable, and low-ego; thrives in high-change environments
  • Problem-solver who brings both analytical depth and creative structuring to ambiguous challenges

Language

  • Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus
