Our client is a Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong corporate practice across the Thames Valley. They are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to join the Newbury team.
You will work on a broad range of corporate matters including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital
- MBOs and corporate restructuring
- Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
- Group reorganisations and share transfers
- Advising entrepreneurs, SMEs and owner-managed businesses
The role offers exposure to quality work across sectors including technology, life sciences, healthcare and professional services, alongside opportunities for client development and progression.
About You
- 2-6 years' PQE in Corporate Law
- Experience across a range of corporate transactions
- Strong drafting and client management skills
- Commercial approach and good communication skills
- Ambition to develop your career and client relationships
