The Role
Advise a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors and fast-growing companies
Key Responsibilities
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Share sales and asset purchases
- Corporate restructuring
- Company formations and reorganisations
- Joint venture agreements
- Shareholder agreements
- Partnership agreements
- Investment and funding transactions
- Corporate governance
You'll also have opportunities to:
- Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers
- Support business development initiatives
About You
Applications are welcomed from:
- Qualified Solicitors (England & Wales) & Chartered Legal Executives
- 3+ years PQE within corporate and/or commercial law
