Corporate Tax Senior Solicitor/Associate
Inverness Hybrid Working
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Senior Solicitor/Associate to join a growing Inverness team advising on the tax aspects of corporate, commercial and property transactions.
This role is ideal for a Solicitor looking to develop specialist tax expertise while working closely with corporate and commercial colleagues on a varied and engaging workload.

The role
- Advise on tax aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals
- Assist with business restructurings and reorganisations
- Advise on property tax matters including LBTT, SDLT and VAT
- Support employee share schemes and incentive arrangements
- Draft and negotiate tax-related documentation
- Contribute to client training and business development initiatives
About you
- 2+ years' PQE in tax, corporate, commercial or transactional work
- Interest in tax planning and transactional support work
- Organisational and communication skills
- Commercially aware and solutions-focused
- Able to manage competing priorities effectively
