DescriptionAre you a junior corporate lawyer looking to grow your transactional experience within a supportive and successful team? You will work on a range of high quality corporate transactions, providing accurate, solutions focused advice to our clients while developing your expertise across mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and group restructures. This role offers clear progression and the chance to contribute to exciting, increasing volumes of work. You'll join a collaborative Corporate Team that is expanding due to sustained success and growing client demand.
Key Responsibilities- Support on and manage elements of mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and restructures.
- Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation.
- Advise clients clearly and commercially, building strong ongoing relationships.
- Manage client files accurately and efficiently, ensuring high quality standards.
- Contribute to the team's continued growth through excellent client service.
- Experience in corporate transactional work, including M&A and investments.
- Ability to analyse issues and provide practical, client focused advice.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and relationship building skills.
- A proactive, team oriented approach with a desire to progress.
- Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on site café and free use of Gym facilities
