The Work

You won't be siloed here. The team handles a brilliant mix of domestic and cross-border mid market and premium transactions, meaning you will gain exposure to the full deal life cycle:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Private Equity & Venture Capital investments
• Corporate restructurings and joint ventures

At the 1-3 PQE mark, this is an exceptional platform to develop your technical skills. You will work directly alongside approachable partners who actively invest in mentoring their associates, giving you hands on experience that often gets diluted in larger teams.

About You
