Excellent new opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with NQ-3 PQE to join one of Staffordshire's leading law firms. Our client is a highly respected firm with a strong reputation for corporate services. They are seeking a solicitor to join their highly successful team.

Based in Stoke, with hybrid working on offer, you will join a friendly, partner led team handling a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and MBOs and MBIs.

You will play a key role in this friendly high performing team which offers clear scope for advancement within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and management buy-outs (MBOs) and management buy-ins (MBIs).
• Contribute to a team in a cooperative, partner-led environment with potential for career progression.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with NQ-3 PQE in corporate law or a closely related field.
• Experience handling or assisting on corporate transactions or advisory matters preferred.
