The Role

- Mergers & acquisitions (both buyer and seller side).
- Private equity and investment transactions.
- Corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
- Shareholder agreements and joint ventures.
- Commercial contracts and governance issues.
About You
Our client is keen for someone who is:
- Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland or ROI/UK jurisdiction.
- Experienced in corporate law, with the firm open to levels at jnr and mid level e.g. 1-8 years' post-qualification experience.
- Commercially minded, with strong technical skills and an interest in deal-making.
- A confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation experience.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Exposure to high-value, cross-border transactions and high-profile clients
