Railpen takes a holistic view, focusing on how we serve members today and how we can positively impact the communities and the world they will retire into.To learn more about Railpen including our values, culture and purpose, visit our LinkedIn Life page The role As a Corporate Receptionist you will provide first class front of office and administrative support, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors where you will welcome visitors in the reception area, organise external hospitality as well as complete other general facility tasks. The person The ideal candidate will be dedicated, professional and have experience of working within a customer-facing environment where you are responsible for making a great first impression, which is key to our success. You will have experience of maintaining meeting rooms and offices and communicating with customers through various channels including phone and email is essential. Experience using Microsoft Office, performing certain administration duties including sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, issue responses, delivery handling, assisting with hosting services for meetings, etc are key to being successful in the role. It would be highly advantageous if you've worked within either corporate environment, came from concierge background or had experience working in high-end hospitality sector.We are looking for a person who is people-focused and who is able to engage with internal and external customers in a professional and efficient manner. The ability to multi-task is key along with having a positive attitude, a strong work ethic with a passion for going the extra mile. You will demonstrate good initiative and be keen to help evolve the team by sharing best practice and suggest forward thinking ideas to help streamline processes.
