Corporate Receptionist - Dublin

We are recruiting an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport Guest Services Team at our client's offices in the heart of Dublin. The role will be based at a newly renovated location that is due to open in early 2027. Until then, you will become familiar with the client's wider portfolio, gain experience across multiple locations, and support training and onboarding at other sites to prepare for a successful launch of the new office.
We're a dynamic team of over 20 passionate professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and outstanding facilities support to every occupier and visitor. We take pride in creating a welcoming, seamless experience and building positive relationships with everyone who walks through our doors.
Contract type: Full time, Permanent. Hours: Monday Friday on a shift rota basis. Salary: €42,000 €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Serve as the primary point of contact on the ground floor, responsible for reception and lobby hosting.
- Manage the daily flow of activity, support high profile occupiers, and warmly welcome visitors.
- Deliver intuitive, high quality customer service in every interaction.
- Coordinate facilities duties and support Building Management operations to ensure a smooth, efficient workplace with the highest standards of hospitality.

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality sector is an advantage.
