We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Onboarding Specialist to join our Paris-based Legal team. Reporting directly to the EMEA Legal Counsel, you will play an active role in the intellectually rigorous KYB and KYC processes that support Flowdesk's global operations, ensuring smooth and compliant interactions with our providers, partners, and clients.

Requirements Role and responsibilities- Facilitate the onboarding of the Flowdesk group's corporate entities, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with governance requirements.
- Develop and update onboarding toolkits, guides, and training materials to promote consistency in onboarding materials.
- Educate and enforce a consistent onboarding process with internal stakeholders at Flowdesk.
- Maintain and manage a centralized database of up-to-date onboarding documentation by collaborating with various internal stakeholders at Flowdesk.
- Act as a point of contact for corporate onboarding across all jurisdictions in which the Flowdesk group is present.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Sales Trading, and Legal Teams to understand each client relationship while collecting and coordinating requests for compliance, legal, financial due diligence, and counter-due diligence.
- Track onboarding progress and timelines, identifying risks or delays and escalating issues as needed.
- Contribute to the evolution of the onboarding process and to the creation and tracking of metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in legal assistance, operations roles, or as a KYC analyst within a financial or international organization.
- Prior experience in financial institutions and KYC processes or internal onboarding processes with other companies is an asset.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Strong attention to workflow processes and details.
- Able to grasp new concepts, ideas, and changes to process requests.
- Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally.
- International environment (English is the main language)
