Corporate Officer - Your Role :

As a Corporate Officer, you will take charge of your own client portfolio, handling a variety of corporate and legal matters for SOPARFI and other Luxembourg entities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation (incorporations, board meetings, resolutions, liquidations, annual filings, etc.)
• Managing compliance obligations including KYC/AML processes and ongoing corporate maintenance
• Serving as a primary contact for your clients, as well as coordinating with auditors, legal advisors, and notaries - primarily in German and English
• Supporting audit readiness and ensuring all legal duties are met in accordance with Luxembourg regulations

You'll have a direct impact on client satisfaction and contribute to upholding the firm's strong reputation for excellence.

Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fiduciary, law firm, management company, or corporate services provider in Luxembourg
• Fluency in both German and English - essential for your client communications
• A university degree in Law, Economics, or Finance
• A structured, dependable, and service-minded attitude
• Familiarity with securitization structures is a plus

Corporate Officer - What We Offer :

• Gross annual salary up to €65,000, plus a performance-based bonus, hybrid working and meal vouchers (15€)
