Your Responsibilities Finance - Cosec - Law - Fiduciary - Legal Officer

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio primarily composed of SOPARFIs, holdings, and SPVs, from incorporation to liquidation.
You will organize board meetings and ensure proper coordination of related tasks.
You will be expected to draft and review various legal documents such as minutes, resolutions, agreements, and contracts based on templates.
You will maintain regular contact with clients and third parties, including lawyers, notaries, and banks.
You will collaborate closely with the accounting team, particularly for the approval of annual accounts.
You will also be responsible for keeping statutory registers, including RCS and RBE filings, up to date.

Profile and Career Path Finance - Cosec - Law - Fiduciary - Legal Officer

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a PFS or fiduciary in Luxembourg, which will ease your integration into the new environment.
To communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues, you are fluent in English and German; fluency in French is considered an asset.
A solid understanding of Luxembourg regulations is essential to succeed in this position.
As corporate governance involves numerous deadlines, being well-organized and proactive is key to meeting them successfully.

You will earn a gross annual salary of up to €70,000, ensuring a comfortable standard of living.
