Your Mission - Corporate M&A Lawyer

• Lead strategic transactions: Advise on domestic and cross-border M&A deals, ensuring efficient structuring and execution.
• Work with global clients: Represent an array of prestigious international clients, offering tailor-made legal solutions.
• Draft, review & negotiate: Handle shareholder agreements, SPAs, and complex contractual documents.
• Be a regulatory point of contact: Manage interactions with local authorities and ensure compliance at every step.
• Grow with the firm: Take an active role in business development and contribute to the firm's visibility on the market.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years as a Luxembourg-qualified (List II) lawyer, with significant experience in corporate law and M&A.
• Master's degree in Law, CCDL
• Fluent in English; fluency in French or German is a definite asset.
• Proactive, meticulous, and confident in negotiation. You are adaptable and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
