A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its established and growing corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate to work on high-quality domestic and cross-border M&A transactions within a supportive firm offering flexibility, progression, and a competitive remuneration package.

The Role

From a recruitment perspective, this role offers exposure to a wide range of mergers and acquisitions work, including:

  • Advising on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Drafting and negotiating share and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation
  • Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Advising on corporate restructurings and strategic investments
  • Supporting private equity, venture capital, and management buyouts
  • Working closely with partners and senior associates on complex, high-value transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate M&A transactions
  • Strong technical, drafting, and negotiation skills
