We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Director to join a highly regarded and growing team in Leeds. You will advise an impressive range of OMBs, large corporates and PLCs on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, buyouts and joint ventures.

Description
The Corporate Legal Director will be:
Advising a varied client base of OMBs, large corporates and PLCs
Managing a broad range of corporate transactions
Handling M&A, private equity investments, buyouts and joint ventures
Advising on corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters
Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Supervising junior lawyers, helping to develop the wider team
Contributing to team projects and the continued growth of the corporate practice
Helping with networking, profile raising and business development initiatives
- Working with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver commercially focused advice
Profile
The Corporate Legal Director should be:
A solicitor with around 8 years PQE or more
An experienced corporate lawyer with strong technical expertise
Experienced across a broad range of M&A and corporate transactions
Experienced in private equity investments, buyouts and joint ventures
Comfortable advising OMBs, large corporates and PLCs
Commercially minded with the ability to understand clients' wider business objectives
Confident supervising and developing junior team members
Able to contribute to business development and networking activity
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £95,000 to £110,000
