Corporate Legal Counsel - Global Business - Dublin, Ireland

We are working with an international business to recruit a Corporate Legal Counsel for their Irish entity, a key player in a global group headquartered in Europe. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile legal matters within a sustainability-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise senior management on legal issues across corporate, commercial, competition, procurement, compliance and construction law.
• Manage corporate and regulatory matters, including restructurings and entity formation/dissolution.
• Support M&A activities, including joint ventures and partnerships.
• Draft company policies, review high-value contracts, assess tenders and commercial agreements.
• Provide tailored legal advice and training to commercial teams.
• Engage and manage external counsel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, ethics and the Group's compliance programmes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor (5-6+ PQE), preferably with corporate, commercial or construction law experience from a top-tier/international firm.
• In-house legal exposure would be beneficial.
• Ambitious with a strong commitment to professional development.
