Job Title: Corporate Kitchen Porter - Monday-Sunday Central London (Zone 1)

Location: Central London (Zone 1) - Nearest Tube Station

Salary: £14.80 per hour

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Days: Monday-Friday

Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts between 06:00-22:00

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays (increasing to 21 after one year)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our Elite team within a corporate environment in Central London. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced kitchen and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

You will play a key role in supporting the kitchen team, ensuring smooth day to day operations while upholding strict hygiene and food safety standards. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work across multiple locations within Zone 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Follow all cleaning schedules and ensure hygiene standards are consistently met
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required
• Keep storage areas organised, clean, and well stocked
• Dispose of waste correctly and follow recycling procedures
• Support the wider team to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations

What We're Looking For

• Entry level candidates welcome; previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across different sites in Zone 1
• Punctual, reliable, and well presented
