Where you will be based
This role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: 60% in the office and 40% WFH). From late 2025 / early 2026, our Head Office will relocate to Richmond-upon-Thames.

How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

The Corporate Gifting Manager will manage a key pillar of retail growth by delivering sales and profit growth within the Corporate Gifting Channel. This involves managing larger, direct corporate gifting clients and sales through the Lindt online store dedicated to corporate gifting.

Starting ideally on 1st July 2025, the role entails developing relationships with key corporate clients, providing tailored gifting solutions, and driving sales within the sector. Responsibilities include handling orders from inquiry to post-delivery satisfaction, requiring passion for Lindt products, strong sales and relationship skills, organization, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

This role is integral to executing the 2025 Corporate Gifting Strategy and involves collaboration within the Digital and Retail teams, with cross-functional efforts to meet objectives and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Key Accounts
    • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Serve as a primary contact for gifting inquiries.
    • Manage customer relationships professionally at appropriate levels.
    • Understand client timelines and requirements, coordinating internally to meet these needs.
  2. Acquisition of New Business
    • Maintain a pipeline for seasonal and year-round clients.
    • Grow profitable business by strengthening relationships at all levels.
    • Attend industry events to promote Lindt Corporate Gifting.
    • Coordinate with demand planners for stock availability.
    • Identify pinch points during peak seasons for continuous improvement.
    • Oversee end-to-end order process, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Collaborate with logistics, production, and design teams for order fulfillment.
  3. Customer Experience
    • Provide personalized gifting options and exceptional service.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Reporting & Analytics
    • Keep detailed client order records.
    • Participate in daily team calls to update on order status.

How you will be rewarded financially

The role offers a pro-rated salary of £48,000 - £58,000 plus a car, along with benefits such as bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowances, discounts, incentives, a birthday day off, and more.
