Corporate Finance - Associate Director

Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be partnering with a leading accountancy firm as they seek to appoint an Associate Director to their dynamic Corporate Finance team. This is a career defining role for an experienced deal advisory professional who is keen to join a thriving & reputable team.

The Job

Working collaboratively with the firms wider corporate finance team across the following areas:

• Leading a variety of corporate finance assignments, including business sales, acquisitions, MBOs & MBIs, supporting clients through every stage of the deal lifecycle.
• Overseeing financial modelling, valuations, & business planning, delivering clear insights to help clients make informed strategic decisions.
• Manage funding processes, including debt & equity raises, and prepare high-quality investor & marketing materials.
• Building strong relationships with clients & key stakeholders such as banks, legal advisers & investors, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout transactions.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this career-defining opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

• ACA or CFA qualified.
• Minimum 4+ years post-qualified experience in a corporate finance focused role.
• Excellent communication & client-facing skills.
