We are working with a well-respected, specialist law firm seeking an experienced Corporate / Commercial Solicitor (5-10 years' PQE) to join its established and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute lawyer looking to undertake high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The RoleYou will join a highly regarded corporate/commercial team advising a broad client base on matters including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements and corporate restructuring
- Joint ventures
- Commercial contracts
- General company law advisory work
The team handles a varied and quality caseload, offering genuine responsibility and client exposure.
The Ideal Candidate- 5-10 years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law
- Strong technical ability with sound commercial awareness
- Confident managing files and building client relationships
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Well-established and specialist practice
- Supportive team culture
- Clear progression opportunities
- Three office locations available as a base
The firm encourages office presence to support collaboration and development, though hybrid working can be considered for the right candidate.
Salary & Benefits- Competitive market-rate salary
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (33 days total)
