This role is ideal for a corporate associate or in-house counsel looking to join a growing company in a dynamic industry. Applicants should have general corporate experience, including UK corporate law and governance, preferably gained at a large, sophisticated law firm. This is an on-site position in London.

Requirements for the Corporate Attorney (In-House Legal Counsel):

• 4+ years of experience in UK corporate law and governance, either in-house or within a large law firm
• Experience with board meetings, preparing board papers, and familiarity with board management software is preferred
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in the UK

Compensation:
