Singhania & Co. is expanding its Corporate team and they are looking for a talented Associate/ Senior Associate with at least 3+ years PQE to join our PE/VC and M&A practice. This role is ideal for a lawyer that wants hands on exposure to all facets of PE/ VC/ M&A practice areas.

• A qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE.
• Exceptional drafting skills are a must.
• Demonstrable experience in PE/VC, M&A, and general corporate advisory.
• A proactive, detail oriented professional ready to take on significant responsibility.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents, including Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), Shareholders' Agreements (SHA), and Joint Venture Agreements (JVA).
• Handling general corporate advisory matters, including drafting legal memos, employment agreements, service agreements, and other ancillary documents.
• Assisting in due diligence and closing processes for M&A, PE, and VC deals.
