Position Overview

The firm is looking to recruit an Associate / Advocate to join its General Corporate Advisory and Contracts Team. This is a mid-level role for a legal professional who excels in transactional work, contract management, and navigating the regulatory landscape for corporate entities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

  • Specialization: Proven experience in General Corporate Advisory and drafting/negotiating contracts.

  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail in legal drafting, and a deep understanding of the Companies Act and other commercial statutes.

  • Professionalism: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Advisory: Providing legal opinions on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day business operations.

  • Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SHAs, and NDAs.

  • Legal Research: Conducting extensive research on evolving corporate laws and sector-specific regulations.

  • Team Coordination: Collaborating with senior partners to manage client portfolios and ensure high-quality work output.
