Job Description

- Manage full corporate travel bookings (flights, accommodation, visas, transport) and maintain travel schedules
- Support marketing activities (printing materials, exhibitions, campaigns, stock control of marketing items)
- Maintain and organise filing systems and general office administration
- Provide PA support to Marketing Manager, CEO, and Financial Manager (emails, presentations, scheduling, correspondence)
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
- Coordinate meetings, events, and director workshops (including travel and catering)
- Handle client interaction and hospitality (welcoming visitors, arranging catering)
- Reconcile company credit card statements (travel and marketing expenses)
- Assist with cell phone management (billing, upgrades, distribution, repairs)
- Assist with insurance administration (asset tracking, claims, updates
- Candidate must be able to handle confidential information with high level discretion and professionalism.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Experience in marketing assistant and Office Assistant role will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills. With an ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
