Corporate & Commerical Paralegal

We are currently recruiting for a UK and International well-established legal firm, seeking a Corporate and Commercial Paralegal to join their highly regarded team. The firm advises a broad client base across sectors including technology, healthcare, financial services, and defence, offering a strong platform to develop your experience across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. You will work closely with partners and associates across both the Commercial and Corporate teams, supporting on complex transactions and advisory work.Key Duties

• Assisting on corporate (including private equity) transactions, supporting on a range of corporate and commercial matters
• Conducting commercial due diligence, including reviewing and analysing contracts
• Reviewing and summarising a wide variety of commercial agreements
• Preparing due diligence reports and transaction summaries
• Supporting data protection and intellectual property due diligence reviews
• Reviewing data protection and IP compliance documentation
• Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts
• Conducting legal and commercial research to support client matters
• Assisting with general advisory work across a range of corporate and commercial issues
• Providing support to lawyers and maintaining strong client service standards
• Collaborating with both Commercial and Corporate teams across multiple offices
