Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (Legal Director), 8+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £70,000+ (DOE) - Are you a senior solicitor with a strong background in corporate and commercial law looking for a new challenge in your career? JOB REF:9758.

THE ROLE:

• This is a senior-level opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 8 years' experience managing a broad caseload of company commercial work.
• You will advise a wide range of clients - from sole traders and partnerships to directors and shareholders on various business matters.
• Your responsibilities will include a varied caseload of matters such as company sales, mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructures, reconstructions, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (supply, service, franchise, shareholder agreements, and more).
• You will also contribute to ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel, and other regulatory standards, as well as support the leadership of the department.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience managing diverse caseloads including business sales, acquisitions, restructures, and contracts.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and proactive business development skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
