Corporate & Commercial Solicitor South West England (Hybrid/Flexible Working Available) Permanent & Locum Opportunities£80,000 - £90,000
We are currently working with a well-established and growing law firm in the South West, looking to recruit a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven solicitor to work on a broad range of high-quality matters, advising a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses and larger organisations.
The Role: You will be involved in a varied caseload, including:
- Corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and commercial contracts
- Advising on company law, governance and compliance matters
- Supporting clients with business sales, purchases and strategic growth
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 4-5+ years' PQE
- Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law
- Confident handling transactions from start to finish
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
