A leading international law firm is looking to hire a 5-8 PQE Corporate Associate to join its high-performing London team. The firm has a strong global reputation advising entrepreneurs, founders, family businesses and institutional investors, with a distinctive practice that blends corporate transactional work with private capital and wealth structures.
The RoleThis role offers the opportunity to work on complex cross-border matters for high-profile clients across sectors including luxury brands, sports & entertainment, retail, hospitality and leisure. As part of the team, you will be involved in a broad mix of corporate M&A, investment and advisory work.
About You- 5-8 years' PQE in corporate law from a well-regarded firm, with strong experience in M&A and private investments
- Experienced in running deals and comfortable managing client relationships and leading workstreams
- Work with high-calibre entrepreneurial and private capital clients
- Exposure to international, cross-border transactions
