The Role:

As the successful Manager / Associate Director you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Leading financial restructuring and turnaround engagements
  • Preparing cash management improvement plans and supporting ongoing liquidity monitoring
  • Supporting negotiations and communications with key stakeholders
  • Assisting in operational turnaround and financial recovery assignments
The Person:

The successful Manager / Associate Director will meet the following criteria:

  • ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified
  • Experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, or turnaround advisory
  • Experience supporting or leading financial restructuring engagements
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
