We are a technology company focused on creating compelling digital products for architecture, design, and the unbuilt environment. Our projects span architectural visualization, interactive simulations, and creative media. We have studios in New York, London, and Barcelona.

Role:

We are not looking for a salesperson, we are looking for an intelligent and creative thinker who understands and anticipates potential client needs, and fashions proposals that engage and connect with the right organizations. This involves researching and responding to complex RFPs, as well as identifying and reaching out to qualified organizations where our services would be an appropriate solution. A background in architecture or commercial real estate is very important as well as experience in real estate marketing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge relationships with key industry contacts, developers, architects and companies to win new business leads
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and manage relationships effectively
  • Develop, deliver and refine business development strategies
  • Plan and oversee new marketing opportunities
  • Attend key industry events with the aim of meeting new potential clients
  • Research and report on new business opportunities
  • Create innovative proposals and campaigns to attract new clients
  • Management of running multiple projects concurrently and internationally
  • Familiarity with sales pipeline automation and processes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business development or a closely related subject and 4+ years experience in commercial real estate; visualisation, architecture & design, agency, media or advertising
  • Proven experience of winning new business, business development, negotiation and pitching
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft, Google suites, and CRM tools. Ability to report and analyse data
